An N=1 is someone who uses their own body, biomarkers, and lived experience as a primary source of insight for improving their health.
It may sound arrogant to some, misguided to others, but the fact of the matter is this...
No one knows me better than I do. No one spends more time with me. And no one else is responsible for my health.
I like my doctors — but they see me for about an hour a year.
I’m with myself 24/7.
My health is my job.
This website is my attempt to show how I used N=1 thinking to discover, and improve, hidden problems including fatty liver, fibrosis, cardiovascular risk, and metabolic dysfunction.
I’m sharing it with you in case any part of my journey helps you with your own.
